香薰舒缓壓力 Stress

壓力是當人感受到威脅時所引起的生理及心理反應，是一種抽象的不舒服感覺。壓力可以是我們日常生活一部份 ， 亦可以是因為適應不到新環境或挑戰而引起。其實適量的壓力也可以變成動力，讓我們一起瞭解及面對它吧！

原因

  1. 環境因素：
    1. 源自面對不能應付或數目太多的挑戰和威脅，最常見的是在工作、感情或家庭的困難。
    2. 與難以適應的逆境有關：如失業、破產、離婚、喪偶等「人生大事」。
  2. 心理因素：個人對事情的看法，再加上性格因素，直接決定一件事是否會構成了壓力。當心裡覺得問題對自己有多大影響，它便會構成多大的壓力。

病徵

不少人都會有頭痛、失眠、緊張、腰酸背痛、發脾氣、不能集中精神、無胃口、情緒低落等徵狀。嚴重的時候，更會有「身心體力透支」的情況出現，令人完全喪失了所有的精力，亦會產生精神科的症狀，如焦慮、抑鬱等。這些症狀可能跟長期受壓有關。壓力可以令身體的免疫力會下降，令人更容易生病，心臟亦受到影響。壓力跟膽固醇上升、胃病、高血壓、偏頭痛、皮膚病、腸炎等疾病都有關係。

香薰使用方法

  1. 放6-10滴精油入香薰爐薰香
  2. 滴精油於紙巾放在枕頭上/旁
  3. 浸浴15分鐘：將6滴精油加入50ml 甜杏油或全脂牛奶稀釋後再倒一缸溫水中
  4. 按摩：將2-4滴精油加入10ml植物油中稀釋，可用大拇指指腹按壓眼眶周圍、後頸、太陽穴、胸口或手的拇、食指之間（合谷穴），輕輕按摩。

建議香薰油

薰衣草、甜馬鬱蘭、橙花、檀香、 佛手柑、甜橙、乳香、玫瑰草、葡萄柚、依蘭依蘭、快樂鼠尾草

可以幫助安神減壓 的複方精油 : Deep Peace, Deep Relax, Feel Safe, Peace of Mind, Petit Prince

配合其他方法，效果更佳：

運動、打坐、瑜加、氣功、太極、腹式呼吸法
